The PRICES tab above contains all of our current prices. Begin by looking at the base price for the size shed you would like. This base price includes all labor and materials to build your shed on site. The shed is built to the specifications shown in the SPECIFICATIONS tab above, and comes with a metal or shingle roof and a 60" wide shed double door with locking handle. The LP Products SmartSide exterior sheathing and trim is primed with a tan colored primer. Please view our UPGRADES tab to see options that can be added to your shed for an additional cost. These upgrades include windows, vents, ramps, etc...

We build our sheds in modular sections which we then assemble at your site. This process allows us to place the shed in any location you would like without causing damage to landscaping or needing to remove fences.

Prices include all shed material, labor, and setup. You pay only the quoted price plus 8% NYS sales tax. There are no hidden fees.

Check with your local zoning office for information on permit requirements. The rules for contruction of sheds differ from area to area. Most do not require a permit for sheds up to 12' x 12'.

After deciding all of the details of your shed we will set up a tentative day to assemble your shed on site. We then construct your shed in pieces in our workshop. When it's ready, we will call you to confirm the delivery day. On that day it typically takes about 4-6 hours to comletely assmble you shed.

No. A level, solid foundation of gravel or stone is ideal, but we can set the shed directly on the ground. Our sheds are constructed on 4x4's and blocks are used to level the shed if necessary.
